Landscaping Team Leader

Your role

Ensure projects run smoothly, customers are satisfied and be compliant with current standards.
Manage the team, train employees and motivate them at work.
Ensure that the team has all the resources it needs to do its job and that the tasks are clear and specific.
Prepare the sites and complete the landscaping according to the plans.
Complete ground preparation: excavation, levelling, fertilizing, etc.
Take measurements, do earthwork, transport and plant trees and peat, and make floral arrangements.
Drive and maintain vehicles, if necessary, and operate light machinery.
Maintain tools and other mechanical equipment.
Load and unload trucks and trailers.
Write and submit various reports, including work progress reports.
Perform any other related tasks.
