Carpentry Team Leader
Your role
- Ensure projects run smoothly, customers are satisfied and be compliant with current standards.
- Manage the team, train employees and motivate them at work.
- Ensure that the team has all the resources it needs to do its job and that the tasks are clear and specific.
- Perform carpentry work with a co-worker.
- Build patios, stain wood, install fences and help build and install various outdoor equipment.
- Write and submit various reports, including work progress.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Experience and training
- This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- A professional studies diploma (DEP) is required for this position.
